MiD Practice Cohort

An 8-week journey for middle schoolers to explore and practice following Jesus—together.

Cohorts are small, committed groups that offer a safe and consistent space for students to truly engage. Together, we’ll explore one practice of Jesus each week (like prayer, solitude, rest, or Bible reading) and then do it together—followed by time to process, ask questions, and grow.

We’ll also take time to serve as a group, helping students understand that following Jesus is never just for themselves—but for the sake of others, just like Jesus modeled. And we do this side by side with our friends!

Dates: Sundays, Oct 26 – Dec 14
Time: 2:00–3:30 PM
Location: PLC Conference Room (1907 Viking Rd)
Cost: $15
Max Students: 12
Service Project: Christmas Store (Dec 12–13)

✅ What’s Expected

Attendance: Students must attend at least 6 of 8 sessions.
Commitment: If attendance drops below 80%, students will be asked to rejoin a future cohort.
Engagement: This is a safe, fun space to practice spiritual habits, serve others, and grow in faith.
